When you add a course to your cart and confirm the order, we treat that as a request to purchase, not a completed sale. We'll email you to confirm details and arrange payment before granting course access. Prices shown on the site are in GBP and may change without notice, though a price you've already been sent by email stays fixed for that order.
Once payment is confirmed, we send access instructions to the email address you provided. Course content is for your personal use only. Sharing your login, reselling, or redistributing course material is not permitted and may result in access being revoked without a refund.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no explanation needed, as long as you email [email protected] from the address used for the order. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Our courses give general financial education and are not personalised financial advice. We are not liable for decisions you make based on course content. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
