Every SmartPocket course is built for someone starting from zero, so there's no assumed background knowledge going in. Lessons are split into short modules, usually 5 to 10 minutes each, and each one ends with a worksheet or a small task you can do with your own numbers right away rather than a generic example.
Courses are updated when tax rules, interest rates, or product options change enough to matter, so what you're reading stays current rather than frozen at the release date. If a course gets a major update after you've bought it, you keep access to the new version at no extra cost. You can retake any module as many times as you like once you've purchased it.
Adding a course to your cart and confirming the order sends us a request, not a finished purchase. We reply by email, usually within a business day, to confirm the order and set up payment. We currently arrange payment by card link or bank transfer depending on what's easiest for you, since we don't process card details directly on the site.
Once payment clears, you'll get an email with your login and a short guide to get started. If you're ordering more than one course, they'll all be listed in the same confirmation and unlocked together. Group and team orders go through the same process, just mention the number of seats you need when you check out or in the contact form.
Courses stay available to you indefinitely once purchased, there's no subscription or expiry date attached to individual course access. If you lose your login details, email [email protected] and we'll get you back in, usually the same day during the working week.
Support for course content, meaning questions about something you're stuck on inside a lesson, also goes through that same inbox. We're a small team, so replies aren't instant, but every message gets a real answer from someone who's actually looked at your question, not a scripted response.
