SmartPocket ("we", "us") runs this website to sell and deliver financial literacy courses. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. By using SmartPocket you agree to the handling described below.
When you fill in the contact form or place a course order we collect your name, email address, and, if you choose to give it, a phone number. Order requests also include the courses you selected and their prices. If you accept analytics cookies we collect standard browsing data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location based on IP address. We do not collect payment card details on this site; payment is arranged separately after we confirm your order by email.
We use your contact details to reply to enquiries, confirm orders, and send access instructions once a course is purchased. Analytics data helps us understand which pages and courses are useful and which need work. We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for automated profiling.
Contact form and order messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and for basic record-keeping, generally no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required for accounting or legal reasons. You can ask us to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do this, email [email protected] from the address you used to contact us. We aim to respond within 30 days.
